Delicious breakfast prepared by the hosts themselves; beautiful and unique room and terrace design; friendly hosts who are ready to help with any problem very fast; good location - 6 minutes by taxi (400 amd) to the center or a 25-minute walk along a road with beautiful views; a lovely garden and a large property; there is a shared kitchen with a stove where you can prepare meals and borrow the necessary kitchenware; an amaaaaazing dooooog 😍😍😍

Lovely traditional home stay with kind and welcoming hosts
The home owners Susan and Sina were so welcoming and lovely. We were very comfortable. If we needed anything, we just asked and they gladly helped us. The wifi connection was good. The weather changed to be very cold during our stay so the hosts made sure we had extra blankets and that we were warm. Susan kindly made us tea and provided some waffles and fruit when we arrived. We also asked for the breakfast each morning which was 2000 dram each. They put on such a beautiful and delicious feast. The home is decorated with many traditional and interesting items, and we enjoyed playing chess. This is a great place for people who like to stay in an older property.

Great guesthouse with amazing owners!
Really cozy room with a bathroom and small terrace. All furnitures are self-made of wood. Huge breakfast with full variety of fruits, vegetables, cheese, home made toasts and waffles, and with coffee and tea. The owners are very welcoming and friendly, happy to help with everything, even with transfer to other places. And if you love dogs, definitely stay here. I would love come back again!

This is like local stay and if you are up for something like as an experience go for it.
I’m in love with their dog he is so excited and happy to see the guests. Love it! The hosts were extremely humble and not to forget pretty too… They took us to the house tour and even though they could not speak complete English explained through broken English and signs about the place. Helped us with our questions to plan the trip during our stay

What I didn't like will be easier for me to count😀. Everything was perfect. From the welcome to see off. Location, room, hospitality, breakfast ,smiling face of Ms Zeenath & her handmade Cherry ,Rasbwrry Jam...loved it. She packed for us too when I told her. The decorations of the full house is unique & different. Definitely will visit again & will stay longer when will visit again to Armenia.Thanks Ms . Susan .

Excellent B&B
Un établissement familial bien tenu et situé dans un cadre verdoyant et calme. La propriétaire Susana (qui parle anglais) et sa mère sont fort sympathiques et accueillantes. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, la literie de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Il est très agréable de se promener dans le jardin. Un bon rapport qualité prix à recommander
